Profile- QS & SQS Civil – Global Measurement Centre

Education- BE / B.tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience- 5-10 Years

Location-  📌 Dwarka, Delhi

Requirements-  

  • International Pre-contract work experience
  • A minimum of 5 years technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy.
  • Must have experience of working on international projects for quantification & BOQ.
  • Industry Type: Engineering/ Construction/ Cost Management

Job Description- 

  • Quantity Take-off and Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities as per International standards.
  • Familiar with International code of measurement like SMM7, NRM, CESMM4, POMI.
  • Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel and related software.
  • Prior working experience on CATO, CostX, Revit & Navisworks would be added advantage.
  • Good technical writing and communication skills.
  • Should have experience in QS activities for residential and commercial project.
  • Well conversant with detailed specification of items as per drawings
  • Skills to work as part of team.
  • Pre Contract Work
